Frustrating App : Needs Lotta Work

1) unable to mute mouthy opponents
2) deleted and re-downloaded the app, but now have advertising again
3) Had about 4 years of stats, and theyre gone now... but they were never reflected in the awards page. Nothing was. Is that page real, cuz I had achieved each of them some time ago and no credit.
4) Often it takes 10-15 minutes to get a game going... then things get stalled or dropped. What causes this?
5) Why do so many players (including CPU) hang??!! Occasionally they pop lose, but huge time lost.
6) Why does it occasionally deal only 2 cards?
7) Why does it occasionally mark the wrong score?
